What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products that are safe and effective. We can also accommodate special requests for specific products.

Do you bring all your own equipment and supplies?

Yes. Everything. That means you don’t have to spend your time buying, taking out or putting away any supplies, or wonder about where to find the best equipment and products as we do all this for you. We transport all tools and supplies to your home or office in a customised vehicle, with the cleaning team, for each clean. 

Can your cleaning team use my cleaning supplies?

Yes, our cleaning team can use your cleaning supplies if you prefer. However, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning products to ensure the best results. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know, and we’ll happily accommodate your request.

Do you provide eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning options upon request. Our team is committed to using environmentally friendly products to reduce our impact on the environment.

How do you ensure the safety of my belongings during cleaning?
Our team is trained to handle all belongings with care and respect. We take necessary precautions to protect your belongings during our cleaning process.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be home as long as we have access to the property. Many customers leave a key or provide entry instructions.

Do you require a deposit to book a service?

Yes, we require a £15 nonrefundable deposit to secure your booking. This helps us schedule our team efficiently and ensures your spot is reserved. The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Deposits are nonrefundable, but if rescheduled with enough notice, they can be applied to a new booking.

When is payment due?

A £15 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service.
